The Mosul Recovery Foundation (MRF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed by a group of conscientious Iraqi expatriates originally from Mosul. The foundation aims to help the people of Mosul recover from the devastation and trauma caused by recent terror and conflict, focusing on the welfare of children and youth.

MRF’s mission is to bring hope and provide relief assistance to the children and youth of Mosul who have been impacted by war. The foundation envisions a future where healthy children and empowered youth grow and prosper in a recovered and united Nineveh and Mosul, contributing to a peaceful and prosperous Iraq.

MRF focuses on serving the children and youth of Mosul and the surrounding Nineveh region. The foundation provides essential relief assistance to help them recover from the physical and psychological trauma inflicted by years of conflict.

MRF upholds the values of compassion, inclusivity, unity, transparency, and cooperation. The foundation works collaboratively with all organizations and individuals engaged in humanitarian work in Nineveh and Mosul, ensuring that resources and support are distributed fairly and transparently.
